What is Your Return Policy?
We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. Please email powermuscleusa1@gmail.com to process the return within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions. In order to proceed the refund process, please email powermuscleusa1@gmail.com to proceed the return then ship the items to – 11 Homans Ave, Unit B Closter, NJ 07624 USA. Once we receive and reviewed the items, the full order amount will be refunded.
If items were damages upon arrival, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email powermuscleusa1@gmail.com with the subject line: “DAMAGED ITEM” and include your order number.
I don't Like It, Can I Exchange It?
If you’re not satisfied with your order, we’ll be more than happy to exchange it for you within 30 days of receiving the order. Please let us know by sending an email powermuscleusa1@gmail.com with your order number and description of the issue.
